Responsibilities:
1. Deliver failure issue local support to monitor product quality
2. Provide failure rate and RMA summary
3. Participate in the on-site verification activities
4. Explain failure analysis reports to customers, and handle customer complaint to ensure quality target
5. Communicate with each ODM for quality corrective action
6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronic Automation, Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent;
2. Experience in semiconductor field is highly preferred;
3. Easy-going and friendly, can keep good relationship with clients;
4. Good command of oral and written English;
5. Can-do attitude; ability to work under pressure
