Job Description:

Writing technical documents. Such as "Release notes", "Help" documents, end-user operation handbook, and other formal documents.
Work closely with engineering team to convert engineering document into end-user document.
Work closely with U.S technical writer manager to make sure document perfectly and correctly.
Learn the products and understand customer business.

Requirements:

1 2+ years' of technical writing or translation experience.
2 Excellent English writing and speaking skills - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Talking to others to convey information effectively.
3 Good communication skills.
4 Good reading comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related document.
5 Good team player.
6 Good ability in learning new techniques and knowledge.
7 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting experience.
8 Ability to work independently.
9 Willingness to work in fast-paced environment.
10 Having IT or software industry background will be a plus.
11 Having oversea experience will be a plus.
