职位描述：
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Perform petty cash management, book-keeping of banking and petty cash, prepare bank and petty cash reports accordingly
2. Prepare voucher and assist voucher binding for local account
3. Perform account payable issue, including payment checking, invoice collecting, and payment arrangement
4. Perform account receivable issue, including invoice information collection and checking, data inputting and invoice recording
5. Check staff expense and prepare monthly staff expense report
6. Respond to internal queries regarding basic daily finance operation
7. Keep close relationship with bank teller and prepare paper work for banking, or to other government for financial purpose
8. Prepare basic reports and analysis of financial issues upon request
9. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Person Specification:
? College degree or above major in Accounting/Finance
? 2 years’ relevant working experience in finance & accounting field
? Having experience in using Kingdee system is preferred
? Good command of oral and written English
? Self-motivated, disciplined, high integrity and result oriented 举报 分享
