职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Planning on the master production schedule, maintain and modify the schedule linked with planned factory readiness status and forecasted risk
负责主生产计划，根据工厂人机料法环的准备计划和对风险的评估维护并实时修改计划
?Better control the production capacity. Maintain DPS (daily production schedule) and control production progress
计划监控并工厂生产产能, 维护每日生产计划并控制生产进度
?Planning material demand according to production plan, maintain MRP (material request for production)
根据生产计划来调整物料的需求计划，负责MRP的维护
?Own MO publish or adjustment according to production plan
根据生产计划来主导工单的发行及修改
?Lead the material E&O control (excess & obsolete material)
主导呆滞物料的监控和处理
?Lead the SO (sales order) review internally，coordinate with internal cross functional team on the production readiness preparation
主导工厂内部销售订单的评审, 协调内部各部门间的配合为生产做准备
?Responsible for the delivery schedule planning, control and maintain according to project demand target or the target given from management
根据项目目标或是管理层给出的目标来负责出货计划的制定，管控及维护

REQUIREMENTS:
?College degree or above
大专或以上学历
?Min 3 years production or material planning related working experience
  3年或以上生产计划或物料计划相关的工作经验
?Good capability of office software like Excel, word etc.,
 熟练掌握办公软件
?Excellent English writing skills, better with good oral and listening ability
优秀的英语书写能力，基本的口语和听力应用能力
?Meticulous and be sensitive to digits
细致，对数字有一定的敏感度
 ?Strong learning ability, good aggressive mindset；
具备较强的学习力及进取心
?Able to work under heavy pressure and have good flexibility when trouble shooting
能在高压力环境下工作，能灵活处理工作中的异常
?Good communication skills and cooperation ability and logical thinking；
较好的沟通及团队配合能力, 最重要的是逻辑思维能力

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
