职位描述：
1. Complete all Orders and transactions on time and accurately.
2. Train warehousing, logistics, inspection, testing, and packaging technicians on company standards and procedures, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
3. Record transactions in the system timely and accurately.
4. Maintain safe, comfortable, organized, and efficient work areas.
5. Review and propose any operational requirements for staff, facilities, and equipment.
6. Assist in reviewing any complaints and implement appropriate Corrective Actions.
7. Communicate with Sales to assist in answering customer questions.
8. Enforce procedures, systems, and documentation required by Quality Management System, specifically but not limited to:
9. Negotiate courier and forwarder contracts and pricing.
10. Work with company management to plan and implement development plans.
11. Perform other tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
1. 5 years+ experience in Laboratories.
2. Must be familiarity with ISO 17025 accreditation for laboratories.
3. 2 years+ experience in a supervisory position with a minimum of 10 subordinates.
4. Must be able to communicate effectively in Putonghua (Mandarin), Guangdonghua (Cantonese), and English.
5. Familiarity with JEDEC, ESD, ISO and other international standards organizations.
