职位描述：
Responsibilities 职责:
- Responsible for all issues related to mold tool design, tool processing, and materials. 负责所有模具的设计、制程和材料。
- Manage all phases of new tool release including: mold quotation, design review, build, condition, approve/qualify and transfer
  to Operations. 管理所有新模具相关的阶段：模具报价、设计、制作、整修；确保给到生产部是合格的。
- Work with suppliers to ensure sourced tools are maintained to meet or exceed our quality, cost and delivery requirements.
 和供应商保持联系确保模具被维护好，可以达到或者超出我们的品质、成本和交货要求。
- Manages tooling programs, either through personal, individual effort or through a team, including the phases of tool quoting,
   tool design, tool procurement, tool construction, tool debugging, and subsequent transfer to production;
   管理模具项目，可以通过个人努力，或者团队合作，包括：模具报价、设计、采购、建造、调试等，随后交给生产。
- Recommend part design changes to simplify tooling requirements and reduce overall costs 。
 提供零件设计改善方案，使模具需求简化，从而减少总体费用。
- Responsible for repair and maintenance of molds and liaison with external toolmakers.负责联络外部工匠维修和保养模具。
- Establish policies and objectives. Oversee the entire tool engineering process and coordinates with other departments as
  necessary. 制定政策和目标，监督所有模具工程工艺；跨部门的沟通合作。
- Coordinate with other functions in order to establish and maximize allocation of resources, costs and time frames for projects.
  与其它部门沟通合作，最大化地利用资源分配，成本，时间去完成项目。
- Acts as a "technical troubleshooter" for the manufacturing plant; 在生产车间充当一个故障检修管理员角色。
- Insures adherence to cost-effective procedures. 确保遵守低成本高效益的原则。
Oversee the entire phases of new tool release. 监督所有新模具的工程工艺。
Manage and train junior partners.管理和培训初级工程师。

Requirements要求:
- Degree holder in Material Science/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent;
  大专或本科以上学历，材料科学、制造工程等相关专业；
- Min. 8 years’ working experience in precision metal stamping related positions; 至少8年以上精密金属冲压工作经验；
- Priority knowledge in metal stamping processes。 有精密金属冲压经验者优先考虑；
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; 良好的人际沟通和协调技巧；
