English Customer Service Assistant

任职条件：
1. 大学专科及以上学历，英语或相关专业。
2. 较强的英语读写能力， CET-6或CET-4分数480以上水平、BEC中级B以上或同等

水平翻译类任一证书均可；
3. 熟悉互联网及熟练操作各种办公软件；有电子商务从业经验更佳；

4. 商业及市场感觉良好，善于利用网络资源寻找供货商及发掘数据，对数据具敏感度，工作细心，有一定数据分析能力；

5. 良好的职业态度、上进心和团队合作精神，较强的学习能力；能够承受一定的工作压力；具备较好的商务谈判技巧。

6. 能适应未来公司业务发展需要可能实行的周六、周日轮班制。

7. 有相关工作经验者优先考虑。

岗位描述：
1. 利用互联网进行海外及中国供需市场的调查分析；
2. 海外订单处理，email下单、跟单，海外供应商邮件处理；商品供应链的拓展；

3. 国内网上订单的售前咨询、商品报价、商品信息查询、物流跟踪、售后投诉等客服问题的处理4

4. 提供培训；竞争性薪酬及福利, 薪酬具增长空间。

Position requires:

1. Good command of English reading and writing, oral English is not a must. CET-6 or CET-4 （480 points） above, BEC Intermediate B or the same level of other English test certificate are also acceptable.

2. Familiar with microsoft office applications (word, excel, etc) and internet environment.

3. Sensitive to business/market/data, Good at exploiting internet resources, Detailed and with strong analytical skills.

4. Equipped with business negotiation (email) ability, familiarity with business negotiation generic terms is a plus.

5. Good team work spirit, Flexibility with a“can do”attitude; A good ability to learn constantly；High responsibility and self-motivation, strong learning ability and can work under certain pressure.

6. Good manner and skills in CS handling and communion.

7. Specialised in English or related majors；tertiary diploma or above。

8 Can adapt to work shifts applied on Saturday or Sunday in possible future developments.

9. Experience will be considered priority.

Position description

1. Perform analysis on supply and demand between the overseas and china market through market research.

2. Supplier product data edition/ Internet Market Research/product description translation/overseas suppliers’ email response/ Order Processing and follow up /imported goods overseas supply chain expanding.

3. Conduct Chinese customers’ pre-sale consultation for online products via email/live chat/phone; Provide after-sales CS for logistics tracking/complaints and claims, etc.

4. Long-term training in English and Operation will be provided. Competitive pay and fringe benefits, potential salary improvement depends on personal ability
