职位描述：

Responsibilites：

1.Release and maintenance small/partial NPI purchase orders;

2.Manage supplier material schedules to be compliant with NPI production needs and schedule targets;

3.Liaise with other departments,staff,and external to complete special projects required procurement;

4.RFQ/RFP requests to suppliers;

5.Must be able to negotiate well in the spot market;

6.Must be creative to get the least amount of stock for Beta and Pilot quantities;

7.Must have good primary and secondary spot market contacts;

8.Call on suppliers for confirmation.

Qualifications：

1.3~6 years previous purchasing/expediting experience;

2.With Mechanical and/or packing compoments purchasing experience;

3.Have good communication skill and proficent in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel,Word,Outlook;

4.Good wrritten&reading English,workable oral English;

5.Very quick and often after hour response required.
