职位描述：
Coordinate with LINAK family factory to solve electronic product related problems.
? Responsible for existing product engineering change
? Approve new materials through PPAP process
? New Electronic products BOM creation, timely and precisely
? Technical support to suppliers when needed
? Work with R&D to finish new electronic projects design, participate in DFMEA, DFM, DFT
? Work together with production department to solve product related problems
? Work together with quality department to solve product quality issue, participate in 8D report
? Work together with technical support when customer needs help
? Work together with sourcing department to approve new suppliers
? Make test plan and set up test for approving new component according to LINAK standards
? Planning random tests for product according to LINAK standards, ensure the product maintain good quality
? Start some 6 sigma projects if applicable
? Report and document all engineer work


Required skills/experience:

? Major in engineering, such as Electronic Engineering, Electronic Information Science and Technology.
? Has experience with product development or production
? Good English and Mandarin language both on written and verbal
? Team player
? Well developed organizing and communication skills.
? Well developed problem solving skills
? Very structured and detail oriented
? Creative
? Helpful
