Job Description
1/. Drive SMT and H/L production yield, and quality improvement
2/. Support QA to complete CA on daily, weekly, and Monthly basis
3/. Do DFx for PCB and Box build assembly and design fixture & Jigs
4/. Conduct DOE for process parameters
5/. Conduct training down to Technician
6/. Prepare budget for fixture&Jig, and small tools

Job Requirements
1/. Over 5 year experience on SMT and H/L process
2/. Be familiar with IPC standard like as IPC -A -610, IPC-A-600G, IPC - 7711/7721, IPC - 7525, IPC - S-816, IPC- J- STD-004 / 005/006 etc.
3/. Has EMS company experience
4/. Self-motivated and independent, well-organized, with strong analytical, problem solving, and decision -making skills
5/. Excellent interpersonal, English/ Chinese communication and presentation skills.
