Advanced Specialist Auditing and Admin 审计与支持资深专员

Key Responsibility

• Audit recommendations & actions tracking/analysis


• Perform audit projects as assigned by Head of Audit. This includes participating in the fieldwork, identifying the control weaknesses, deriving audit findings and recommendations, maintaining proper working paper and audit project filing


• Audit Report format control. Individual audit report word/format checking


• Audit project coordination and facilitation


• Project file standardized archiving


• Business administration support to prepare department presentations and report


• Business administration support of department files/documents translation


• Liaise Audit Committee for related tasks


• Administration support to the Audit Head and Team


• Department budget monitoring. Services/office supplies ordering

Qualification

• Ability to communicate effectively, able to present and promote ideas and work effectively


• Ability to analyze information / data and to draw conclusions


• Ability and willingness to learn quickly


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (word, excel, power point)


• Skills in communication and presentation


• Proficient English (speaking and writing)


• Team spirit, cooperative, supportive, openness


• Skills with SAP


• At least 4 years' working experience in the function of Business Administration, commercial or Assistant to Sr. Management.


• Experiences in a Chartered Accounting Firm or a MNC are preferred.
