一.工作职责：
1. 管理20人所组成的可靠度实验室(HALT, 气候类, 动力类, 户外用产品类与其他类), 包含人员, 设备 , 仪器之管理；
2. 负责调度与分配实验室资源以满足客户需求；
3. 协助客户解读测试方法与定义测试流程；
4. 提供客户在可靠度技术上的咨询；
5. 负责接受ISO单位年度稽核工作；
6. 负责审核实验室所出具之报告。
二.任职要求：
1. 年龄: 30~40岁，性别: 男女不拘，学历本科(含)以上，英文国家4级以上；
2. 可靠度相关工作经验5年以上，具管理经验3年以上；
3. 具车电模块可靠度工作经验者尤佳；
4. 具ISO 17025实验室管理知识, 具ISO 17025证照者尤佳；
5. 熟悉车厂, 如大众, 通用, 东风或国际法规ISO, IEC, ASTM, MIL, DIN...等可靠度测试方法者尤佳；
6. 发展并培育下属专业技能。
