Head/Media (Sr) Engineer-Suzhou/Wuxi磁头/磁碟(高级)工程师-苏州/无锡

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

· Manage recording head and media system integration for released drive products yield improvement, reliability improvement, and new component qualification;

· Work with drive design center, recording head/media development and manufacturing organization to provide head and media system integration engineering support for pre-launch product;

· Provide technical support and project coordination across functional teams and program management teams in System Engineering/Product Engineering, head and media organization, and drive design center Release Product Team;

· Perform Head Media FA on all post process failures and determine root cause. Work with various groups to develop corrective actions and follow through the implementations;

· Conceives and develops solutions to engineering programs through the application of professionally accepted engineering techniques, practices and procedures;

· Responsible for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production and release. Interfaces as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to completion and distribution. Assumes responsibility for product after transfer from design to high volume production.

Education & Competencies Requirements:

· BA degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Physics, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant disciplines;

· Strong leadership and sound HDD knowledge. Demonstrated ability to solve conflicts and deliver optimized solutions;

· Has positive attitude for work and willing to take challenge;

· Good communication skills with fluent oral and written English.
