European leader in panel cutting technology is looking for a



Field Service Engineer


to be employed with the Chinese subsidiary in Jiangsu.



Essential job function and requirements

- performance of machine installations and start-up with focus on our customer base in
Guangdong province,

- training of operating- and maintenance personnel,

- on-site and over-the-phone advice as to troubleshooting, spare parts,

- liaise with hotline-engineers at European parent company,

- technical advice for customers as to their application, material, tooling,



Qualification

- degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering or adequate professional training and
experience,

- min. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the industrial sector, combined with substantial
knowledge of electrical, mechanical and electronic applications,

- effective oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English,

- ability to work independent,

- willingness to travel.
