客服专员

汇报对象: 客服主管
部 门： 铁狮门苏悦广场商业营运管理部
工作地点: 苏州

岗位职责：

1. 负责商场顾客及商户客诉问题的接待、记录、处理和跟进，并及时就处理结果给予顾客反
   馈和商户回访工作；
2. 接待现场的咨询、求助，对其提出反映投诉的各项问题耐心细致的倾听，及时进行记录并做好
   解释；
3. 受理商户报修服务，记录报修商户信息，通知有关职能部门前往维修，收集维修结果和反馈，
   并完善后续跟进及回访；
4. 提供礼品礼盒包装、物料物品租借等有偿服务，明确收费标准，并将相关服务款项定期上缴；
5. 负责商户的员工出入证、临时出入证等相关证照的办理和费用收缴工作；
6. 提供给予顾客和商户的物品借用管理、遗失物品认领、寻人启事等工作；
7. 负责广场日常的背景音乐播放和广播系统管理及运行；
8. 负责保管和爱护总服务台的相关设施设备及各类物料，如有损坏及时报修；
9. 商场会员卡的办理，会员制度的宣讲，会员系统的管理及会员服务的落实；

任职要求：

1. 全日制大专以上学历，30岁以下，身高160CM以上；
2. 普通话标准，具有亲和力，能保持微笑服务；
3. 工作细致耐心，责任心强，有良好的服务意识；
4. 能根据客户的要求、投诉等做出积极响应，合理解决问题；
5. 能服从公司领导工作，配合公司各项销售活动；
6. 能够适应商场作息时间。
