职位描述：
Location: Bao Feng, Shenzhen 5 day week (Mon to Fri), 9am to 6pm (Lunch: 12 to 1pm)

Qualifications: University Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Experience: Food Retailing, importing or manufacturing in China/Fresh Graduate Considered

Language: Minimum; Basic English speaking & writing

Responsibility: Reports to the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager (ParknShop China)

Objective:

To ensure all new & existing own brand items comply with legal & ParknShop requirements in terms of quality & safety (Food & non-food)

Duties:

1. Review, Maintain & set up appropriate Quality Assurance procedures that monitory the quality & safety or Own Brand products
2. Perform new product assessment tests in terms in internal sensory assessment, ‘in store’ Consumer testing, & Laboratory testing arrangements
3. Check and advise on product & product labeling legality including the collation of government certification requirements
4. Ensure product names & claims comply with legal & company policies & agreed with QA Management & Trading
5. Ensure correct use of Chinese & proper & appropriate English and needed
6. Operate & keep clean & tidy the QA Sample Preparation Kitchen
7. Customer Complaint investigation & reporting
8. Liaise with Own Brand buying on a day to day basis including arrange & participating in the weekly Own Brand meeting 举报 分享
