Advanced Specialist Planning & Steering

Corporate Division HR Operations
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

• Responsible for developing & executing work plan for multiple mid-to large scale HR related projects during any phase of the project life cycle, from conception through final implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with all internal customers and other HR departments and establish a foundation of trust honesty and a collaborative approach


• Design, optimize and provide accurate and timely different kinds of recruiting reports


• Monitor recruiting projects status updated and provide relevant analysis reports


• Conduct project meetings, project tracking and analysis


• Contribute to the total effectiveness of the department by communicating efficiently, solving problems pro-actively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member


• Support HR marketing team recruiting & marketing activities


• Ensure recruiting process, interviews and documentation is in compliance with BMW Brilliance guidelines and with legal requirements

Qualifications

• University degree / Degree in Business Administration or HR related majors


• Good communicative skills, sound analytical and judgmental ability


• Good written, verbal and communication expertise are required


• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple task and assignment simultaneously


• Listening skills: Ability to actively listen, use logic to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities


• Language skills: Proficient English


• Problem solving: Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in a clear language


• Knowledge of project management & recruiting whole process


• Total working experience, 4-6 Years


• Experience in HR, 4-6 Years


• Experience in recruiting, 4-6 Years
