RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
To perform product and in-process inspection
执行产品和同进程的品质检查。
To work with factories to ensure products meet all TMS quality requirements
和工厂合作以确保产品达到TMS的品质要求。
Perform inspection and tests on outgoing finished products
执行成品的品质检查和测试。
Perform production in-process inspections according to requirements
根据要求执行同进程的产品检查。
Communicate to the factory and report to TMS on the inspection results
根据检查结果同工厂沟通和出具TMS报告。
Manage the inspection documents and QC records
管理检查文件和品质记录。
Focus on auditing the factory production processes from incoming raw materials to finished goods
集中于审核工厂从原材料到成品的生产进程。
Study the root cause of rejected parts (during production) provided by factories and ensure there is proper closure
研究工厂所提供不合格部件（生产过程中）的问题所在，以及确保做出适当的停产处理。
Perform compliance checks according to documented requirements (e.g Process Control Plan)
根据证明文件的要求执行按规定的检查（例如程序控制计划）。
Work with factory QC\QA on continuous improvement activities
与工厂的QC/QA团队合作，持续改进有关事宜。
Perform simple audit of the factories by walking around and take note of any non- compliance issues and report them
巡查执行简单的工厂审核和对所有违规的事宜记录和汇报。
Communicate and resolve any issue arising from aesthetics with factory and TMS Quality engineers
和TMS品质工程师沟通和解决任何由工厂原因导致的品质问题。
Responsible for the Quality Control of the factory assigned to and may be rotated to another factory in regular intervals
有责任定期对被委派的不同工厂进行品质监控。
To be the eyes and ears of TMS in the factories, reporting back on any process, safety or social compliance issues observed.
作为TMS驻厂代表，有责任发现任何程序、安全或社会责任上问题并及时汇报。
REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
At least 2 years relevant Quality Control inspector experience
至少2年的相关品质控制检查经验。
Completed Secondary school education
高中毕业
Able to communicate in written and spoken English and local language
具有英文和本地语言的书写和口语表达能力
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures and best practices is a plus
熟悉生产程序、流程，最好有实际经验
Good communication skill
