职位描述：
职务及责任：
一、大堂当岗职责：
1．阻止推销人员、闲散人员和醉酒闹事以及神经不正常人员进入酒店
2．对陌生的人员进入酒店大堂时要主动询问，并礼貌告诉访客人员到前台进行登记
3．对运出酒店的货物要进行询问，防止发生客人或酒店物品丢失案件
4．禁止易燃、易爆物品进入酒店

二、楼内巡视职责：
1．按规定路线进行安全巡视，
2．注意检查酒店各部位设施、设备是否完好，如有问题要及时上报值班主管
3．熟知酒店各疏散通道的位置，熟练使用消防设施及各类消防器材
4．熟悉酒店公共区域人员和设备情况，保障酒店财产和客人安全
5．如遇突发事件发生，要迅速赶往现场协助处理

三、负责员工通道职责：
1．禁止任何人将易燃、易爆及其他危险品带入酒店
2．员工上、下班高峰期，应严格履行凭证出入、无证登记管理制度，兼管看护员工打卡设备，杜绝员工替打卡现象
3．查验携物出门单
4．监督酒店员工带入的个人物品并登记
5. 访客登记制度，负责酒店员工验证查包工作，杜绝酒店物品流失
