职位职能: 生产经理/车间主任
职位描述:
1.大专以上学历，5年以上制造型企业主管级以上工作经验，3年以上首饰生产管理经验；
2.有丰富的样板开发及生产现场管理经验，对制造管理体系有独到的见解；
3.熟悉首饰样板开发及生产流程，有品质意识，善于解决品质问题，能控制好全厂产品质量；
4.能合理安排调度全厂生产管理人员；
5. 具有较强的沟通能力，文字表达，规划管理和执行督导能力；
6.有良好的职业操守，强烈的敬业精神，责任感强，工作原则性强；
