岗位职责:

Key Accountabilities:
1. Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
2. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
3. Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
4. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
5.Prepare and produce releases of software components.
6. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
7. Support in bug fixing and enhancements of existing applications.

任职资格:

requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus or equivalent.
2. Any professional qualifications / certification in relation to / Web / Java technologies is an added advantage.
3.At least 3-5 years of hands-on Software Development experience
4. At least 3 years of Java Development experience
5. Candidates with 1-2 years of hands-on .NET ASP/C# development experience will have advantage
6. Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms (Redhat JBoss, IBM WebSphere)
7. Good knowledge and experience with Relational Databases (Oracle, MS SQL), SQL and ORM technologies (JPA, Hibernate)
8. Good knowledge and experience in Web Technologies (JSP, Servlet, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX)
9. Proficient with Development Platforms (Eclipse, NetBeans) and tools (SVN, FindBugs, PMD, JUnit, JMeter)
10. Good understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Unified Modeling Language (UML), Web Services and XML technologies
11. Proactive and strong Team player
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
13. Willing to learn and pick up new skills quickly
14. Candidates with hands-on development experience with JSF UI Libraries (e.g. PrimeFaces, RichFaces) and JPA (e.g. EclipseLink, Hibernate) are preferred.
