招聘岗位：饮品研发师/咖啡师
使命：提供优质和创新的饮品、咖啡以创造良好的顾客体验。

任职要求:
1、18岁以上，男女不限，中专或以上学历；
2、熟悉咖啡相关专业知识并善于和顾客分享；
3、爱创新，对各式饮品有无穷创意且喜欢学习新技术；
4、做事不计较，热爱餐饮行业，有敬业及团队合作精神；
5、形象气质佳，语言表达能力好，反应灵活，性格外向；
6、良好的沟通表达能力，有培训师经验优先。

岗位职责：
1． 定期研发新出品，更新饮品菜单；
2． 确保每一杯咖啡出品稳定，质量符合公司要求；
3．按工作程序和标准做好吧台准备工作，保持摆放整洁美观；
4．遵循营运标准，完成吧台日常营运销售等业务指标；
5．时刻关注宾客需求，反应敏捷，向你三米范围之内的每位客人微笑问好；
6．接受倒班工作（门店一般营运时间9:00am – 24:00pm） 。

1、公司可提供食宿，月休四天
2、月工资3,200 - 4,500元
