Responsibilities:
？ Lead overall treasury functions including but not limited to bank loans, banking relationship management, debt and capital markets, liquidity and cash flow management, cash flow forecast, cash pooling and centralized treasury management system, managing interest rate and exchange rate risk etc;
？ Ensure the company's treasury management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations and strategic imperatives of the company;
？ Coordinate with parent holding company and subsidiaries on various analysis and reporting, cash management and fund raising activities;
？ Assist senior management to further develop and continuously monitor the group's treasury function;
？ Work with business units on internal funding, financing, and cash management;
？ Other ad-hoc assignments/projects.
Requirements:
？ University degree holder in finance, accounting or other relevant disciplines;
？ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in treasury, preferably from sizable Chinese companies or multinational corporations that have business interest in mainland;
？ Good knowledge of Hong Kong and cross-border banking, funding and regulations;
？ Strong in arranging corporate funding and well versed in managing and forecasting cash;
？ Experienced in corporate financial risk management, hedging and treasury systems are advantageous;
？ Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills and able to liaise with senior management;
？ CFA or CPA qualification a plus;
？ Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
The above position requires candidate with good command of English, Putonghua and Chinese, proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing) and occasional travel to mainland China.
