Investment analyst
 Responsibilities:：
? 1. facilitate the Investment process and procedures.
? 2. Conduct due diligence activities, draft investment documentation.
? 3. Negotiate with the target company.
? 4. Perform financial valuation modeling.
? 5. Plan transition, integration or disentanglement activity.
? 6. Research specific industries, markets, sectors, companies.etc.
? 7. Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, investment bank to facilitate the preparation of Letters of Intent, terms sheets and Sale and Purchase Agreements etc
 
Requirements:
? 1.The ideal candidate should have1-3 years experience in Private Equity focus on Retail or FMCG Candidate with Professional Global experience is preferred.
? 2. Strong business sense and be familiar with SFO laws and market.
? 3. Experience in managing Multi-national Corporation and domestic clients;
? 4. Bright team player who works effectively under pressure;
? 5. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
? 6. Excellent written English, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured reports;
