职位描述：
QA / Assistant QA Manager
 
A. Job Specifications
 
- Manage the daily operations of a team of QA Engineers
- Review and approve engineering samples, Inspection Standard and Product Specification
- Follow up and verify the 3rd party lab testing expenses
- Follow up Customer Programs, Projects and complaints
- Maintain Inspection Standards, Test Reports in company severs
- Conduct regular department meetings to make sure project timelines and objectives are met
- Provide feasible quality solutions in various product development stages
- Work closely and proactively with all EB departments
- Provide comments on test protocols and test costs
- Make sure products are developed as per country quality requirements
- Update the new testing requirements from customers, 3rd party lab, and the market.
- Vendor selection
 
B. Skill Requirements
 
            - Work according to project timelines
            - Strong quality management background with good analytical skill
            - Learning to be objective rather than going strictly by the rules
            - Able to communicate closely with major customers for all the quality and related issues
            - Willing to travel to difference province as required
            - Capable of working under tight schedule and high pressure
            - A good understanding of risk management, internal control and a well-developed commercial awareness
 
C. Experiences
 
            - At least 3 years' experience in quality management in manufacturing or product development industries
            - Understand the test requirements of US and EU countries
            - Experience in Wal-Mart, Sears, WH Smith, Debenhams will be an advantage
            - have good level of factory technical management and quality systems experience
           
D. Educational Qualifications
 
            - Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent
            - English with minimum CET-4
            - Can communicate in written and spoken English & Mandarin 举报 分享
