Responsibilities:
Support and boost technically and commercially sales force (Global Account, Regional Sales Force). for advance service offering.
The duty towards the region is:
-To give strong technical support in advance service business. This includes supporting the regions in advance service development, quotation, closing of orders to the customer in a professional manner.
-To provide complete technical and commercial support for promotion ( seminars, visit of customer... )
The responsibility to improve the sales of advance service in China, and especially:
-Set up the project flow charts and required action plans for all parties involved. This includes managing all interface required for successful project completion at the end user, subcontractor, Panel builder and designer, etc.
-Assist the regional sales force (SF) of projects by developing an efficient method of specification influence A.S MP4 with the final users and their channels.
2.Sales team management
-Lead Installed Base sales team achieve business target
-Analyze installed base region/segment market and make business action plan
-Develop key account customer , build and keep close relationship with good service response
-Build up leads channel quickly and efficiently
-Make precise forecast and reach business target
-Coach team members to grow up to a higher level
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of electrics/automation control of University/College
- Skilled on customer approaching, decision making chain analyzing and order closing efficiently
- Adapted to frequent business travel
- More than 3 years working experience in sales or technical field on MV and LV or automation.
- More than 3 years working experience in operational marketing, etc commercial aspect
- Excellent communication & coordination ability.
- More than 2 years as Key Account sales / solution sales experience, rich experience in bidding
- Leadership, excellent communication & coordination ability.
- Has got experience to deal with key foreign and local customer.
- Be familiar with Chinese rules (Design Institute, PSB, Classification society)
- Knowing well solutions and systems for availability, safety, reliability of electricity
- Personal flexibility and high work mobility.
- Language: Mandarin & English
- Computer: standard office tools To be familiar with computer environment (standard office software).
