Responsibilities:

Reporting to General Manager, you will supervise and manage different projects including product data evaluation and study, process parameter setup and evalustion, and establish process management plan. You will be required to study in our / clients US headquarter in order to bring in new technology.

- Conduct DFM study and suggestion
- Process evaluation experiments and suggestions
- Continuous process improvement responsibility
- Factory/ Line layout & Equipment Capacity analysis
- Standard time & UPH calculation/ target getting
- Resolve production issues.
- Technical responsibility for productions following MRR.
- Poka-yoke, FMEA for products and processes
- Implement/ transition to lean manufacturing methods (e.g. cell, one piece flow etc.)

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, in Engineering is preferred but other disciplines would also be considered
- 3 years manufacturing experience, 5 years plus is preferred
- FMEA experience is preferred
- Knowledge of  ISO9000/14001, 6 sigma
- Computer skills such as auto-cad etc
** Excellent English in speaking and written is a must **
- Good problem solving skills
- An ability to work well with others as well as on ones own initiative
- An ability to multi-task and maintain schedule on multiple projects
- Traveling may required
- Station in GZ is required
