R&D Manager（Cosmetic Production Line）/研发经理（日化产品线）—知名跨国欧美日用品公司

Major Responsibilities

1. In charge of research and develop new products(Cosmetics and home care products).
2. Formulate new products of personal care and cosmetic to meet client needs
3. Perform cost analyses and make modifications to formulas to meet costing needs
4. Coordinate and guide R&D Engineer to achieve business goals
5. In charge of development of new formulation and products, provide technical support for related department
6. Gather technical information and stay up to date on new technologies
7. Maintenance and calibration of various equipment as required by the established calibration program and GMP requirements
8. Compiling all data obtained from testing and observations, analysis using statistical software and completed report summaries
9. Design experiment plan, report, schedule and summary.
10. Comparison and analysis of competitive product, collect market information and apply it in new product development.

Requirements:

1. 5 years working experience of R&D in cosmetics and home care products industry
2. Familiar with cosmetics/personal care products and business. At last 3 years experience in line of cosmetics, skin cares, fragrance, components, etc.
3. Experience in multinational company would be a plus.
4. Master degree or equivalent in chemistry, food engineering, process or biochemistry.
5. Independent, be familiar with new product development process.
6. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
7. Good computer skill such as word, excel, PowerPoint.
