职位描述：
-确保行长日常事务运作正常，协调行长与内外部机构的日常往来事务，包括与相关政府部门、银监会、人民银行、外汇管理局、母行及相关委员会等机构间的联络。

主要职责
-负责行长工作行程安排；
-负责会议纪录、客户接待、费用报销、文件签批等工作；
-为行长准备及制作培训、演讲、会议等各类场合所需的文档资料；
-负责行长与内外部机构的联络及文件流转；
-处理其他的交办事项。

职位要求
-本科及以上学历，经济、金融、英语或中文专业毕业尤佳；
-至少4年以上相关工作经验；
-精通粤语及英语听说读写俱佳；
-具有优秀的文字表达能力，能够熟练使用Office办公软件
-为人正直，处事周到，勤奋敬业，承压能力强；
