职位描述：

JobResponsibility

1.Support IT Hiring in Foshan(Majority is SAP related positions).

2. Work closely with hiringmanagers to clarify recruiting requisitions, find out right candidates via eachpossible way, eg, effective job board, internal referral, external talentreferral, even talent mapping of the key targeted company.

3.Interview with hiring managersin an effective way to make hiring decision (incl. coordination of interviewarrangements)

4.Take initiatives to communicatewith hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete andtransparent analysis of recruiting status

5. Aske full responsibility ofoffers (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication withcandidates, etc.)

6. Build pipeline of candidatesand maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closelywith HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internalsourcing;

Requirement:

1.Good English, both in writtenand oral

2.3+ years’ experience inrecruiting, headhunter experience is a plus.

3.Hiring experience in SAP or ITis a plus.

4.Good sourcing and interviewing skill.

5.Strong influencing skill

6.Open minded, cooperative,pro-active following up & can-do work attitude, result - driven;

7.Good English capability

8.Bachelor degree or above
