？ 整体包装方案的提供者；
Total packaging solution provider
？ 向客户提供能满足或超出客户品质期望的包装设计方案；
Provide packaging design solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations
? 了解并收集各项运输测试标准，精通测试结果分析，改进优化包装方案。
Understand and collect the transport test standards, proficient in test result analysis, to improve & optimise package solution.
协助销售和营销人员为客户提供技术支持或低成本的解决方案，作为公司价值主张的一部分；
Assist Sales in providing technical support and low cost options and solutions as part of our value proposition.
？ 向生产提供技术支持，确保所设计产品能以高效率、低成本生产；
Provide technical support to Production, ensure design for manufacturability is incorporated in the product for reliability and cost .
？ 对设计难题进行技术评估，并提供和执行解决方案；
Lead in technical evaluation and analysis on problems faced by customers and provide options for solutions prior to implementation
？ 依照ISO 9001/ISO14001体系要求和流程规定开展工作；
Work in accordance to ISO9001 / ISO 14001 procedure

Key Job Functions / 主要工作职能
？ 负责新产品的设计、三维造型、CAD图纸转换、产品样品制作验证及承认；及设计阶段、模具试样阶段、生产阶段的后续跟踪；
In charge of new product design, three-dimensional modelling, CAD graph converting, confirm of new sample, follow up with the whole procedure
？ 负责实验室管理和测试结果分析
To be responsible for the management of the laboratory and the analysis of test results
？ 负责项目组相关设计工作，提出容易引起生产缺陷的解决方案；
Provide sound technical advice to peers in resolving pertinent issues arising from production defects.
？ 负责确保图纸准确有效性和可操作性，保证设计实施过程质量；
Develop First Article build of new products, assess process capability and ascertain process prior to release for pilot build.
？ 负责EPS/MF/EPE相关模具开发进程追踪，并做到持续改进；
Follow up with EPS/MF/EPE mold development process, provide technical support on Continuous Improvement projects.
？ 负责设计文档的管理及存档，及文件的及时更新；
Keep and update design documentations up to date,
？ 领导交付的其他工作。
Other management directive from corporate and site specific tasks.

Job Requirements / 职位要求
Work Experience
工作经验
超过5年的工作经验
More than 5 years’ work experience
具有2~5年产品包装设计的工作经验，或2~5年机械/电讯行业工作经验。
5 years relevant work experience on product packaging design.
熟悉产品的内包装设计；
Familiar with product internal packaging design
熟悉各类缓冲包装材料的材料性能及包装特点
Familiar with material property and characteristic of all kinds of cushion packing materials
熟悉产品样品的制作流程，产品量产的工艺流程；
Familiar with sample product procedures and mass production process
懂得ISO 9000/14000 的相关知识；
Knowledge on QMS ISO9000 and EMS ISO 14000
懂得运输包装测试仪器的有关知识，CPLP优先；
Knowledge in transport packaging test equipment，CPLP will be preferred

Education
学历 包装工程、机械设计与自动化、工业设计，本科学历及以上学历
Bachelor and above, major in Packaging Engineering/Machinery Design And Automatic/Industrial Design

Independent innovation, strong ability of analysis and judgment
熟练操作计算机，会使用AutoCAD / Solid works/Pro-E/Photoshop/ Illustrator /3D MAX 等软件技术和其他相关软件知识；
Familiar with computer skills and other relevant software as AutoCAD/ Solid works/Pro-E/Photoshop/ Illustrator /3D MAX
熟悉设计理论、包装设计规范标准及行业标准、包装材料性能及加工工艺、包装相关知识等；
Familiar with design philosophy, packaging design standard, packing material property, .process and other packaging knowledge.
有较强的责任心,良好团队协作能力、沟通能力、谦虚踏实。
