Job Description
Provide overall office administration services efficiently and effectively, including but not limit to
-Ensure office clean, tidy and safety.
-Office facilities daily check and maintenance
-Office assets registration and management
-Local admin contract and certificate filing
-Monthly office expenses allocation, payment arrangement, cost analysis and improvement suggestion if any Assist employee on board and exit adm tasks

Requirement:
- College’s degree or above
- Willing to learn more office administration and HR knowledge.
- Result-orientation, able to deliver high quality result during repeatable daily work.
- Strong responsibility sense and positive working attitude
- Fluent written and reading English skills. Good oral English and Cantonese is a plus. 举报 分享
