Job Summary:

Manage the AC client consulting team to ensure prompt delivery of service and solutions to the AC clients in order to achieve the company's financial objectives and other operational performance indicators. Responsible for the modeling hub and projects for a number of countries and ensure client project quality and fulfillment.

1. Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management

2. Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials

3. Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also ensure that client needs, diagnosing issues and agreeing solutions that fully support their objectives are being identified

4. Identify and recommend enhanced and new products and services that answer clients' business needs

5. Lead the client consulting team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement

6. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization

7. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on modeling techniques and applications

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

1. BA / BS in numerate discipline required (MBA desirable)

2. 4 to 8 years experience in FMCG / Service / Retail industry/Research

3. Excellent analytical skills and understanding of statistical modeling

4. Project management & people management experience

5. Effective English writing skills
