工作职责：

1、负责区域核数员(信息采集人员的) 团队管理，包括招聘、培训、KPI设定等

2、负责多个项目的综合管理(包括进度控制、质量控制、审卷、劳务费结算、资料归档等)

3、负责项目的资源分配、质量评估、结果分析等，及时解决各类问题

4、负责公司内外部的主动、及时的沟通

任职资格描述：

1、本科学历，良好的英文听说读写能力

2、2年以上项目管理和人员管理经验，熟悉各类项目管理模式，有市场调研和零售行业工作经验者优先考虑

3、良好的电脑操作能力；

4、热爱市场研究工作；

5、有责任心、踏实、能吃苦、有敬业精神、适应性强；

6、头脑灵活，具有发现问题解决问题的能力。
