岗位职责：
1、招聘方面：负责发布招聘信息、定向搜寻合适简历、电话面试以及F2F初试，提供专业意见，协助各用人部门做出用人决定；
2、培训方面：收集员工培训需要，组织新员工培训，以及培训后的反馈与评估；
3、员工关系方面：
（1）办理员工入职及转正、调动、离职等异动手续；
（2）组织、策划各项员工活动；
（3）制订完善、组织实施人力资源管理有关规章制度和工作流程；
（4）处理劳动争议；
岗位要求：
1、本科或以上学历；
2、1年以上人力资源或者招聘工作经验；
3、熟悉各种招聘渠道，具备一定的面试经验和技巧；
4、亲和力强，具备良好的沟通能力；
5、热爱人力资源行业并愿意长期发展；
