职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责开发客户，了解客户人才需求，并签订合作协议；
2、保持和客户的良好沟通，配合项目组其他成员，共同完成客户委托；
3、建立并维护与客户的良好合作关系；
4、收集市场信息并找寻新的商业机会。
任职要求：
1、良好的自我激发能力，工作主动性强，可以承受工作挑战和压力，优秀的团队合作精神；
2、思路清晰、活跃，出色的表达能力、说服能力和沟通能力，能接受电话沟通和陌生拜访，面对行业权威，能以平等的心态进行沟通；
3、学习能力强，能在很短的时间内掌握所面对行业里的企业动态和人力分布；
4、有咨询、培训、人才网站等信息服务型行业销售工作经验优先考虑；有电话行销、陌生客户拜访经验优先考虑；
5、有人力资源背景以及在销售团队业绩排名前列经验者优先考虑
