职位描述
Responsibilities
? Lead a team of hardware engineers in development of LED products for lighting application.
? Analysis of marketing requirements, define and develop architecture design, high level and detail designs
? Work / co-ordinate with other engineering disciplines such as ID designer, optical/thermal designer, mechanical designer to complete assigned project.
? Translate customer requirements to product definition.
? Strong knowledge in Solid State Lighting and Control Gear design.
? Manage project schedules, resource assignment, project/product costing.
Requirements
?Master/Degree in Electronic Engineering
?10+ year working experience in R&D environment with good hardware/firmware design knowledge.
?7+ year experience in management roles.
?Experience in LED luminaries design such as Surface Mounted Light, Recessed Down light, Floodlight, Architecture Light, MR16, PAR Light, Signage, etc.
?Familiar with schematic capture, PCB layout, BOM costing, design validation test, DFM, DFT and regulatory approval such as safety and EMI test.
?Knowledge of LED characteristic/behaviour, thermal management is a must.
?Knowledge of using microcontroller for LED lighting will be an added advantage.
