职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责B2C平台建设和运营管理；
2、控制产品风险，拟定合理的产品上架计划；
3、收集分析海外市场状况及竞争对手状况，制定产品推广计划以及销售计划；
4、完善店铺政策与制度，保持店好店铺的好评率和良好的信用度；制作销售明细表，进行销售分析；
5、能承受工作和业绩压力，善于解决各种外销业务问题。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，英语水平6级以上（含），能熟练使用Google及浏览英文网站；
2、二年以上相关B2C平台销售经验，一年以上相关B2C平台销售管理经验（必须），熟练操作B2C平台产品上传规则、技巧、交易流程，扩大交易量的方法和技巧；
3、有贸易/B2B/B2C行业经验者优先；
4、思维灵活且有逻辑性，良好的沟通能力和团队合作管理能力，有强烈的责任心和独立完成任务的能力；
