职位描述：

Key areas of accountability：

A. Sales Order Processing:

Receive customer orders & forecasts

Check orders against firm horizon and forecast and feedback to customers

Plan production quantities according to bottleneck capacity, and in accordance with the shipping calendar

Feedback order confirmation within 3 working days or less in accordance to agreement with customer

B. Production/Shipment planning:

Release weekly delivery plan to factory and raise PO/Supply Schedule to factory

Ensure timely delivery of goods from factory, in time for shipment to customers.

Check shipment status with Distribution team and update customer on shipment details

Follow up with customer and appointed forwarder on blocked shipments

C. Order Cancellation:

In the event of order cancellation or EOL (end of life) announcement
made by customers, follow up with factory and procurement to compile the
outstanding inventory (FG/WIP/Component) that the customer is liable for.

Follow up with customers on the obsolescence payment

D. Inventory Control:

Cooperate with Procurement, keep supply chain move smoothly while
avoiding obsolescence risk

Keep a safe inventory level for FG

VMI management and consignment management

Ensure FG stock accuracy in system and obsolescence costs are written off timely

Analyze and control inventory

E. Invoicing:

Ensure invoicing Customer on time and accuracy;

Ensure Supplier’s invoice can be processed in time and accurately;

On request of F&A, to do the Invoice Matching accurately and in time;

On request of F&A, follow up with customers on their overdue invoices and monitor customer’s credit limit

F. Project Handling:

Familiar Products Creation Process;

Ensure timely setup logistic module for new customers at global level;

Ensure timely setup EDI connection with new customers when necessary;

Ensure critical components are available timely to support the production start;

Ensure customer demands are translated properly into a planning to
Sub-contractor and follow up with Sub-contractor for the production
planning/BOM components availability;

G. System Support:

Update and maintain Planning functions in MRP system

Qualification:

Academic / Professional Qualification: Bachelor or equivalent

Working Experience: 4-5 years

Expertise / Skills:

Have good understanding of Supply Chain and integral business concept/experience of logistic planning

Have good understanding of Incoterms (FOB, FCA, CIP, CIF, DAP, DDP etc.)

Good understanding of the industrial and PCP process

Process oriented (cross functional instead of functional), knowledge
of ISO9002, 14000,

Able to work with MFG/Pro and standard office applications (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)

Language skills: Fluent English

Personal Attributes:

Able to work under pressure

Excellent cross functional communication skills

Analytical, flexible and customer oriented attitude

Highly motivated and a drive for improvement
