Requirement:
1. C&B: Monthly payroll (dispatcher & local); Social insurance and annual audit
2. Performance Appraisal: Performance / Competency appraisal; MBO setting / performance interview; Poor performer issue
3. HR Policy: Employee Manual Review / Update; HR Process bible; GPPM / DC&P
4. ER (GWP: Great Work Place): Annual GWP activity planning / cost / Calendar; GWP plan implementation; GWP survey and solution of improvement

Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resources, Business Management or English will be preferred;
2. At least 1 year working experience in HR function from multinational companies;
3. Initiative, diligent, highly motivated and has strong teamwork spirit; good communication and people skills;
4. Good written and oral English skill;
