职位描述：
Work Location： 广州、从化马匹训练中心

Job Responsibilities：
1. During start-up stage, the job holder is responsible for:
                   1) Set up SOP and processes, include but not limited on goods receiving, sampling and inspection, picking, dispatching, issue, cycle count, EHS, storage condition, disposal, delivery and return etc.;
                   2) Oversee facilities setup including shelves/racking installation and T&C of other material handling equipment;
                   3) Work closely with IT/supplier to set up WMS/FMIS system;
                   4) Recruit qualified personnel to build an efficient warehouse team;
                   5) Prepare training material and train warehouse team to be qualified to meet BAU requirement in time;
2. Do more practical and very “hands-on” work;
3. Manage overall warehouse daily operation and delivery. Organize and implement 5S. Oversee maintenance of warehouse facilities and keep them in good conditions;
4. Ensure workplace EHS requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building, stock and information;
5. Manage store team including motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure warehouse KPIs are met. Train/coach warehouse staffs and monitor/appraise their performance. Lead store steam and delivery team to continually improve warehouse operation processes, space/location utilization and productivity;
6. Through statistics and data analysis, develop rational material supply plan in order to not only fulfill end users’ demand but also well control inventory level;
7. Work closely with cross-functional to reach consensual SLA alignment. Develop and execute order fulfillment plan, lead both store team and delivery team to provide well-pleasing service to customers;
8. Manage warehouse all kinds of documentation and filing. Prepare regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
9. Complete other work assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in logistics or warehouse management equivalent majors;
2. Over 7 years’ working experience in warehouse and material management in the managerial role in multinational FMCG companies;
3. Demand planning experience is a plus;
4. Strong knowledge of Warehouse and Material Handling operations, methods, and practices;
5. Sufficient knowledge in 5S execution, good knowledge in lean/IE concept and material handling equipment;
6. Familiar with WMS system and Microsoft excel tools to do data analysis and develop demand planning plan;
7. Excellent communication and report skills, analyze and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal skill with ability to autonomously work with individuals, cross functional teams and management;
8. Good leadership with desire to drive for change and strive for continuous improvement;
9. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, structured work approach;
10. High integrity, proactive, team spirit, self-motivated, independent and willing to learn and do very “hands-on” work;
