Position: Senior Sales

Job Duties:
(1) Achieves sales objectives & monthly GP target
(2) Identifies trends in sales, performance and cost effectiveness
(3) Follow up inside / outside sales activities
(4) Capable to explore new business and customer connection.
(5) Build up strong team work spirit & high productivity
(6) Able to access staff capability & provide proper training
(7) Report sales activities timely
Requirements:
(1) Bachelor's degree of Electronic Engineering / Marketing or equivalent is a MUST.
(2)Knowledge of company product lines, active and passive electronic components distribution industry.
(3)2 to 5 years MINIMUM Priors Sales experience in selling electronic components to OEM and EMS factories (existing relationships is a MUST)
(4)good leadership, analytical, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
(5)Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English
(6)Open minded & well-organized
(7)Aggressive & task oriented.
8)Must be willing to work hard and be motivated by HIGH commission package
