Responsibilities:
? Urban planning
? Project types - urban planning projects

Requirements:
? Degree holder or above in urban planning or related majors from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary

Institution
? 3~10 years relevant experience
? Familiar with the procedure of urban planning and real estate development in mainland China, thoroughly and well

understand the systematic design knowledge of urban planning, as well as experience in urban planning and

coordination
? Design experience and specialty on sustainability and eco-city is required
? Excellent communication skills and team work spirit, responsible and self-motivated
? Good command of verbal and written English
? Proficiency in related urban planning design software
? Candidates who have collaboration experience with oversea design teams are preferred
? Candidates with more experience can apply for the position of Senior Planner

职位要求：
- 城市规划或相关专业本科及以上学历;
- 三至十年相关工作经验;
- 熟悉中国大陆城市规划和房地产开发的流程，掌握全面的规划设计系统知识，并拥有一定的规划设计和

协调经验；
- 在可持续发展和生态城市设计方面有一定的经验和专长；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有责任感和上进心；
- 具有运用英语书写以及交流能力；
- 熟练掌握规划相关设计软件的使用和操作；
- 有境外团队合作经验者优先考虑；
- 经验丰富者可考虑聘用为高级规划师。
