职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Engage in sustainable design, including building envelope optimization, high efficiency lighting and HVAC systems optimizing, day-lighting analysis, service and process equipment evaluation.
2. Understand passive and active energy efficiency system and its energy/cost analysis, such as CHP, GSHP, DCS etc.
2. Possess a passion for the promotion and facilitation of an energy-efficient and environmentally-sensitive built environment application, renewable energy systems study, such as wind and photovoltaic power generating systems research, etc.
3. Assess building systems and interpret building design drawings and specifications
4. Evaluate energy saving strategies in buildings, including quantifying energy system performance and economics
5. Familiar with LEED (or other green building assessment scheme) green building assessment certification process and its documentation
6. Supervise and co-ordinate the work of other team members and co-ordinate work with building professionals of other disciplines, including architect, MEP designer, Planner, landscape designer, lighting consultant etc.
7. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the sustainable team. Communicate with clients to establish their needs, and maintain a dialogue throughout the project
Requirements:
1. A Master Degree or above in HVAC Engineering, Building Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Physics, which school is accredited by National Ministry of Education
2. Minimum 8 years experience in Engineering design experiences in credited companies
3. Advanced knowledge of building systems design and thermal science study on commercial building, public building, institutional building, industrial building, etc.
4. Have a broad base of sustainable design knowledge and technology application
5. Communications skills such as report writing and public presentations
6. Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
7. Experiences in energy, thermal or CFD computer simulation software - at least three of follows: eQuest, EnergyPlus, DeST, DOE-2, TRYNSYS, TRACE, VisualDOE, IES-VE, EnergyPro, EE4, HAP, TAS, Rhino, Fluent, Star-CD, ECOTECT or any other modeling software to simulate: building energy consumption, solar lighting, day-lighting, natural ventilation, wind and microclimate, etc. Capability to use more softwares is highly desirable
