职位描述
Main goals
- Prepare monthly payroll and provide payroll administration for SCN
- Monitor and update payroll and HRMS records (i.e. OT&LEAVE, payments, etc.)
- Provide support in compensation and benefits projects
Reporting line
- Direct reporting: Senior HR Executive
Main responsibilities
- Prepare monthly payroll, social insurance, tax reporting, etc. for SCN
- Deal with employment issues and liaise with local FESCO as necessary
- Monitor and process monthly attendance (OT & LEAVE) and branch staff's E-LEAVE system
- Follow up on staff (i.e. new hires and leavers) check-in and check-out procedures
- Co-ordinate benefits implementation (e.g. social insurances, medical, pension, etc.)
- Update employee records & change of personal particulars
- Manage and update HRMS
- Compile regular and ad hoc HR and payroll reports
- Assist in compensation and benefits projects as necessary
- Provide dept. other issues' ongoing support
Requirement
- College Degree or above
- Mandarin and English language proficiency
- Computer literate
- 3 years above of relating work experience in HR field
- Experience with HR system operations and good numerical sense
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties and willing to work under pressure
