Job Description:

• Coordinate and closely work with buyers throughout the buying trip.
• Efficient communication with different departments in the company.
• Assistant Merchandising Manager to monitor and take cares special projects.
• Train and motivate subordinates, provide assistance and guidance for their career development.
• Responsible for merchandising activities, purchase order execution, follow up with buyers and suppliers, monitor shipment fulfillment.
• Closely work with buyers, suppliers, and team members to explore new business opportunities. Monitor internal performance and department administrative indicators and external market trends and best practices.
• Build and maintain effective rapport and work relationship with internal and external customer.
