Position Description:

Retrieve and process system data to prepare monthly and mid-month shipment reporting data set for public use.

Need to get familiar with Shipment and Point of Sales database schema in order to perform data manipulation.

Maintain and keep track all kinds of business alignment.
Use different reporting data (Shipment, QA, Factory Audit…) to provide regular and ad-hoc shipment summary/KPIs to all functional areas throughout the organization.


Minimum Qualifications:
University graduate in Information System or related IT subject
Advanced MS Excel Function and Pivot Table skill, and hands-on experience of MS Access are required.
Able to handle multi-tasks and deadline simultaneously
Detailed oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player with positive attitude and excellent analytical, prioritization and project management skills
Structured, methodical and detail minded
A fast learner who can make on initiatives and ownership
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
