职位描述：
高级模拟IC设计工程师

Senior/Staff Analog IC Design Engineer

We are looking for passionate/innovative analog circuit design engineer. You will be responsible for developing various analog modules for different applications including low power and mobile. We value design engineer’s skill and talents, and provide competitive salary and overall compensation package.

The job duties will include analog circuit design and sub-module/top verification on low power consumption and high speed circuit. The design engineer also needs to work very closely with layout engineer to achieve best floorplan, performance and area.
Other responsibilities include:
- Analyze and define the specs.
- Design high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Circuit simulation in spice/finesim/hsim.
- Circuit optimization and verification.
- Check layout and physical implementation.
- Test and debug the prototype on the bench.

Successful candidates for this position will have:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in bandgap, reference, op-amp, comparator, LDO, charge pump and oscillator design.
- Experience on 65nm CMOS or advanced technology is preferable.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm.

Education:
Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. 举报 分享
