职位描述：
Summary：
Responsible for whole purchasing process, management of materials and suppliers.

Responsibilities：
1. Lead daily activities of purchasing department, responsible for all procurement activities and sourcing tasks are essential
2. Set annually cost reduction plan with management team and implement it accordingly
3. Supplier management and supplier relationship maintenance
4. Supplier annual contract/agreement negotiation including purchase prices;
5. Involve customer’s internal / external audit and supplier performance evaluation;
6. Identify, assess and propose suppliers in accordance with the target set by the company
7. Monitor the changes of the market price and conditions; analyze the impact of such changes to the competitors in the same market
8. Monitor quality and service of supplier’s product to make continuously improvement
9. Cooperate with other departments about material cost for new projects and inventory control

Requirement:
1. College or above;
2. Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience form both domestic and oversea suppliers
3. Good English skill on reading and writing is required
4. Good office software skill
5. Good analytical skill
6. Good at ERP logics with hands-on experiences
7. Good communication and negotiation skills
