职位描述
Job description
a) 9:00am, open the door and switch on the operator control panel.
b) Manage daily posts and distribute accordingly.
c) Handle incoming calls to the PCH office.
d) Greet and direct overseas employees and visitors.
e) Ordering and booking courier services, and fill in information into courier list every moment.
f) Process meeting and conference space requests via phone and email requests.
g) Organize any ad hoc company events like picnic, farewell or festival feasts.
h) Ensure meeting rooms have whiteboard pens and paper for the printer on the whiteboard all the time.
i) Provide clerical support and other assigned administrative duties
Requirement:
· College or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience
· Fluency in spoken English is essential. minimum CET 4 in English
· Pleasant and mature personality with good telephone manner
· Responsible and self-motivated
· Good team player and Honest.
· Have a good ability to prioritize assignment.
· Familiar with MS office.
· Good computer and typing skills
· Strong sense of security responsibility
· Be able to work under pressure
